Hey thought I'd update since the last time I wrote was on April 29th!! DX Anywho, not much to really say, My marine is doing great overseas in Okinawa (thank the lord) he comes back April. Were getting married then to get all the paperwork and all the icky marine stuff over with, then the wedding is in October. I'm so excited!!!! My ring is so pretty!! I already have an idea for my dress, and I'm loving it to peices. Well send me a message.

alright I have 2 things I'm going to be reviewing today,
1) Gantz
2) The Fall

Gantz (Gantsu)

Alright maybe Im just keen on the story or what but the anime Gantz is a total must see. The story begins with this perverted teenager(Kei) waiting for the subway. An old childhood friend happens to stand next to him. Now this childhood friend (I can't remember his name so save my life so were gonna call him pussface) Pussface is this goody goody 2 shoe kinda guy. This smelly old bum falls onto the train tacks and passes out and nobody is gonna help the poor sonofabitch. So pussface jumps onto the tracks and tries to lift this huge bum off the tracks. Pussface recognizes Kei and ask for help, Kei reluctantly agrees and both manage to get the bum offa the tracks. but suddenly the train starts coming and they have no time to scampper outta there, so they start running as fast as there little legs can carry them. When all of a sudden you see Kei's bloody dismembered head flying through the air, as some random chick (important) is taking a picture of his disembodied head.

it goes black and it fases back to this small apartment in tokyo where our two recently desised characters and a couple of other guys and a dog are sitting. There is no furniture, and you can't touch the walls or open any of the doors no matter how hard you try. There is a huge black sphere in the middle of the room. Everyone in the room had also died in one way or another so they presume its like a limbo type place. After a couple minutes of introducing themselves a naked girl kinda "beams" into the room. She had just tried to commit sucide in the bathtub, and she has huge boobs btw. This really big thug like guy drags her into the hallway when she comes to and tries to rape her. Pussface jumps in and saves the day yay. Kei also has a huge boner btw, which you find out through out the series that its not that uncommon.
Anywho the gigantic black sphere in the middle of the room starts singing and this message in backwards letters and things appears on screen
"your all dead you bastards, what you do with your new lives is entirely up to me, thats the theory anyway." the sphere then opens up and there are strange guns and suits for every person (yes includeing the dog) in the room, the troop later discovers that in the middle of this sphere is this naked dude on life support, whom which we presume is Gantz.
The screen like orb then shows this alien like target and tells them that they have to kill him, and its this cute looking green onion guy.
they get "beamed" to the outside world and almost imediently find this green onion dude. All the other guys start beating it up to the point where they kill it. Then this huge frankenstine like version of the same alien comes outta nowhere and starts killing everyone. Long story short they transport the alien to somewhere in the sky and Kei pussface, miss melons, butterdog, and bitchead(who had done this many times before) get beamed back to the apartment, where Gantz gives them their "Scores'.

Thats basically the begining of the series in a nut shell, seriously this anime was amazing. Its a little bit of a mindfuck at first but they end up explaining everything. There is lots of drama and romance, sex, blood, gore, and some downright awesome action! Seriously if you haven't seen it go get it, the music was great the animation was fantastic and the story was even better.
besides who can't love a robot/chicken/crack version of bruce lee? lol!

The fall,

This isn't an anime movie but if you ever get the chance to see it, it is one of the most phenominal movies i have ever seen and downright one of my favorites.

The film was shot is 32 diffrent countries and the cinematography is absolutely stunning.

The movie takes place in about the 1920's era I'm presumeing. Its about this little girl who had broke her arm when she fell while picking oranges. She forced to stay in this catholic hospital and learns english. She roams the halls throwing oranges and the preist and stuff like that. She then comes across this man, who broke his back doing a stunt for a "moving picture". He is severely depressed because his fiance left him for his brother. He then sees the little girl and tells her a story so that she can get him more drugs so he can overdose. Well the story he tells is what you see in the little girls mind, and all the characters he introduces are people acctually in the hospital. The colors and textures and styles in this movie are amazing, and the little girl is so friggin' cute!

GO GET THIS MOVIE NOW!!! I MEAN IT!
The scenery is enough to take your breath away, and they added all these little things in it its like I discover something new everytime I watch it

Okay so I just finished the anime LAIN and I have to say what a fucking trip fest. I had no idea what was going on half the time and when i would get a tiny shred to hold on to they would change game plan on ya.

This is what I think happened in this story. In the begining you see this girl Lain walking around and she starts seeing all of these kids that have commited suicide. Shes totally freaking out when one of the dead students starts talking to her, saying that the "wired" (Which i think is a twisted rendition of heaven) has taken care of her and she found no need for a physical body. Lain gets bitten by the computer bug so she can talk to her dead friend, but what she fails to relize is that her best friend Alice is worried about her, and shes not dead. So she plays along and goes to this huge club and relizes that everyone there knows her and she doesn't know how. You start to slowly find out that the "wired" is some sort of network that has channelled itself along the same frequencey that the earth stableizes at, and connects everyones subconsious VIA Aliens.
I know Crack right? Anywho Lain becomes this feirce icon in the wired because she can manipulate her entire being into it where as most people can only manipulate on feature. The secret society of hackers called the Knights try to sabotage Lain, by blowing her computers cooling system up.
After that it goes into a acid trip dream where as Lain becomes this omninicant being and starts appearing everywhere. She loses her scense of self and is confused. You later find out that Lain is softwear and she can manipulte the minds of the people and change the wired to her liking. In which she finally gets fed up with all the loops and twisties that her very existance has created and deletes the memory of herself from the minds of all humans. She then becomes this god like person in the apparent hevan like Wired. and in the very end her face comes on a static screen to tell you that she loves you and everyone else in the entire world.


So thats Lain in a really bad nut shell. too much info to go into detail, but save yourself the money, and watch this on youtube, because its one of those you either hate it or love it series.

The Year 2008 is a rare and complicated one at that. In a years time i have changed from a spoiled princess to a force to recon with. I have morphed from a child to a woman, in a matter of a year. 2008 gave me many trials that I had to overcome, some i still do, and some wonderful rewards and experiences. The negative parts are in leauge with the possitive which therfore makes it even stranger and more neutral.

In previous years I was always searching for myself, my place my goal. I have been frustrated and angry because the truth was close but i jsut couldn't see it. Allow me to explain more, Love is a powerful thing, and it can bring back the cold baren corpse of solitude to life with a single look. Love not only looked at me but gave me a cold hard slap of reality in my face and now im more determined then ever to try to reach the goals that i would like to acheive, In order to be closer to the one I love.

I have met some amazing people this year, I have learned so much about the ones around me, and for once in my tiny blip of an exsitance I found true happiness, a true understanding. Complete acceptance and respect. And because of this one person who unknowingly opened my eyes I can see so much more. And all i have to say when you have finally come to a place of self-acceptance things get so much easier.

The trumoils and struggles were quick this year, they taught me forgiveness and acceptance of ones faults. And though I will always be sad on how things turned out, I couldn't ask for better circumstances. I still have a lot to learn but im going into this new year headfirst with no fears, even though I have a feeling the worst has yet to come.

So to those of you who have been with me this year, who have touched my heart, and who will remain there for the rest of my life, please know that no matter what you did who you are what you look like who your friends are where you live where you work, I will always be a friend.

Love is a powerful thing don't abuse it, and take your time,

"Some are born great, others have greatness thrust upon them"

I seriously love my mum to death, but i feel like she's smothering me sometimes. And i feel like i am so unwillingly winded her in everything. For instance I feel it kinda sad when your friends can use your mom against you, and yesterday I was cleaning and my friends are over, my mom takes my friends to ride horses but leaves me behind, doesn't even invite me. I dunno maybe i am a little bitter, but i can't seem to get away for this woman!! One more thing!! her car DIED, so whose car has she been useing, mine, and yes she gave it to me, but when i get it back to go to work occationally and ALL of the already broken windows are all rolled down past the door so i have to fish them out with needle nose plyers and, there is trash everywhere, and if i put 20 dollars cash into my car for gas ill go to use it the next day to go to work and it'll be on dead empty again. Did i mention that ALL of my paychecks for the last 3 MONTHS have been going to her, so I don't have any money to put any more gas into my car. I finally starting to get annoyed. Then she'll bust in acting all high and mighty saying that i don't earn my keep around the house and that i have to clean it everyday after her dinner blowouts so i don't get thrown out. If i could get the money and be successful i would leave, but why would i leave only knowing i'll have to come back!!!!
